Making an Educational YouTube Channel

When I decided to make a youtube channel it was just an idea in my mind.
 Now I realised that it is going to take a lot of hardwork and planning.
I have gone through number of tutorial from youtube. Really, if you really want to learn something, everything is available on this platform. I feel blessed to born in this era.
I will make vedios keeping cbse board classes in mind because one has to be very clear about target audience which he is going to cover. 
First I have to create atleast 50 vedios before publishing my channel so that I can cover full syllabus of a class atleast. Educational channel rules are different from entertainment channels as here people will come back only if they find a complete package.
I am going to focus only on cbse class 10 English first.
Progress till now: 
I searched for some softwares and learning daily about making Educational vedios.
Now I think I have reached to an exact plan.
What is my plan of action? :
No plan works without a deadline so I am going to give myself a deadline to finish my first vedio and that will be 30th May.
After that I will try to take feedbacks and then after improvisation I will make rest of the vedios on same pattern.
Blueprint of vedios:
As I am not very well trained with softwares and not sure about investing in new equipments it is difficult for me to make vedios like professionals but for the beginning I have reached to a suitable blueprint for vedio making.
I will make a ppt with narrative explanations and then will convert it in a vedio. I will add an intro and outro having me in frame. Will work on it tomorrow.

Embracing Life and Rain with Romance

Today, I woke up at 6 AM because I couldn’t  sleep until 11:30 PM previous night. Despite this, I accepted the situation without irritation and began my day with a positive mindset. After cooking my meal and having a shake, I headed to school. During my bus ride to school, I started listening to “The Power of Now” audiobook for the second time.  In first few minutes of my day at work, I felt a slight agitation, but I quickly reminded myself to stay present and accept the moment fully. Immersing myself in work helped alleviate the agitation, which I realized was due to lack of sleep and the morning rush. Teaching literature for seven periods made a hectic day, but my speaker and tab were invaluable companions. Goal Setting

Thought a lot about how to set my goals and remove distractions. I wanted goals with farsightedness for longvterm future planning. Wasted nearly 15 days in thinking only, then finally decided to take career counseling from my mentor Gaurav Sir.  I got clarity about my goals and got so much confidence as well. Now  I have my long-term goals with me: 1. Preparation of govt. Job 2. YouTube Channel 3. Online classes on my own. I am trying to prioritise them in above mentioned sequence as there will be days when I will not be able to give same attention to all three. I finally found out that I can be an expert in English subject teaching for cbse classes. I really enjoyed being a school teacher. I am continuously  attending webinars also. Going to record progress of activities seperately for all three goals. Fingers crossed!
