Embracing Life and Rain with Romance

Today, I woke up at 6 AM because I couldn’t  sleep until 11:30 PM previous night. Despite this, I accepted the situation without irritation and began my day with a positive mindset. After cooking my meal and having a shake, I headed to school. During my bus ride to school, I started listening to “The Power of Now” audiobook for the second time.
In first few minutes of my day at work, I felt a slight agitation, but I quickly reminded myself to stay present and accept the moment fully. Immersing myself in work helped alleviate the agitation, which I realized was due to lack of sleep and the morning rush.

Teaching literature for seven periods made a hectic day, but my speaker and tab were invaluable companions. They supported me throughout the day.
Today, I intentionally took on the responsibility of managing the preparation for Inter DPS competition.
Aspiring to be a principal, I recognize the importance of embracing additional responsibilities, although I already have other class-related duties, I believe this additional responsibility will help in channelizing my energy and enhance my management skills. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with my leadership abilities.

On my way back from school, the rain began. I enjoyed it both indoors and on the balcony—it was beautiful. Yes, I’m a romantic at heart, and I’ve started to romanticize life itself. I feel I am coming back to my true self.
Appreciating the weather is a way of accepting and respecting life’s flow. Pure happiness lies in being fully present in the moment.
Skipping my noon nap, I savored tea with a home-cooked meal and watched the romantic movie “A Ticket to Paradise.” It felt good.
Watching good movies provides an opportunity to experience life and appreciate the beauty of different places. It also offers diverse perspectives.

Afterward, I cleaned and prepared for tomorrow. I took a walk & while walking, I took care of some bills, had an icecream. Returning home, I dedicated time to self-study and planned for the upcoming day—I’m all set.

As I wind up my day, my heart overflows with gratitude. I’m thankful for the life I have, the love I receive, and the peace I feel. Truly, I am blessed.
